Korean Riceballs [Ju Mok Bap]

Riceball [ Ju Mok Bap ] is good food for picnic as they are easy to pack and eat on the go. It is made with colorful vegetables so ‘what looks good tastes good’

There isn’t exact ingredient for riceball. So If you like to, you can use any leftover.
When I lived with my sister and brother, one day they took the riceball with which I made to their school. Next day, they asked me to make it again because their friends loved that so much. So I used to make riceball often with different ingredients.Depends on what you add, it can have a variety of taste.

  1. Korean Easy Shrimp Fried Rice [Saewoo Bokumbap] Korean food KFood Addict - September 11, 2013

[...] This is the fried rice with shrimps which is so easy and quick to make. You can add pretty much any veggies you like if you have shrimps and some steamed rice. I often make fried rice whenever I have too much leftover steamed rice. You can serve this shrimp fried rice as a side dish or enjoy as it is. I also recommend you to make rice ball with it for picnic.( like this: Ju-mok-bap) [...]
